Farfalla began as a simple idea: that a home or an investment in Bali should support the way you actually want to live — not just look good in a photograph. We build fewer properties, and manage every one of them ourselves.
Our collection spans self-managed eco-resorts and boutique residences across Sanur and Ubud, each designed around sustainable, low-impact construction and a genuine relationship with the landscape it sits in. Materials are chosen for how they age, not just how they photograph on day one.
Because we manage our own properties rather than handing them to a long chain of agencies, owners and guests deal directly with the people who actually look after the villas — faster communication, better upkeep, and a more honest relationship between what’s promised and what’s delivered.
